Our prices depend on the functionality used:
1. Forguard and GPS-Trace Console.
In this case, a fixed monthly service fee of 20 euros is charged, as well as a fee for activated accounts. The cost per unit, depending on the selected functionality for the user, currently ranges from 0.3 to 1.9 euros per month.
2. Ruhavik and GPS-Trace Console.
Here, access to the Partner Panel is provided free of charge. The Ruhavik app is free for tracking one unit in one client account (including 1 geozone and 1 MB of storage). If additional units or extended functionality are required, a paid subscription can be purchased.

The main differences lie in the payment model and the level of interaction with the customer.
If you prefer to sell a tracker and an app as a one-time solution, without ongoing involvement, Ruhavik may be the right choice. In Ruhavik, the end user is responsible for future payments, and there is no direct communication channel between the dealer and the customer. Some dealers prefer not to manage a large number of small clients.
However, if you want to maintain direct contact with your clients, prevent your trackers from being used on other platforms, generate recurring monthly revenue from GPS tracking services, and benefit from competitive market pricing, Forguard would be the better option.

Partner plans are pricing plans used to calculate the cost of services for the service provider. Based on Partner plans, a service provider can create any number of tariffs for their clients, independently defining the functionality and pricing at which the services are offered.
Regardless of which Partner plan is used to create a client tariff, the service provider pays only for activated units.
Currently, four Partner plans are available: Starter, Lite, Lite+, and Advanced, with pricing starting from €0.30 per unit per full month.

To create a Forguard account in GPS-Trace Console:

If the client has forgotten the password, the service provider can change the password through the GPS-Trace Console and provide the new password to the client.
The client can also use the “Forgot password?” option. To do this client needs:
1. Select "Forgot password?" on the login page.
2. In the email client receive after this, follow the link to set a new password.
3. After the new password has been created, return to the login page.
4. Click “Login” and fill in the username and new password.
The payment for using GPS-Trace Console and Forguard can be made through one of the following methods: Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer (IBAN).
On the first day of each month, the service provider receives an invoice by email and in the GPS-Trace Console for all active units from the previous month.
To ensure uninterrupted service, payment must be completed by the 15th of the same month.
If a unit is added or activated during the month, the cost is calculated proportionally based on the number of days it was active. This ensures transparent invoicing, and the detailed calculation is reflected in the invoice.
If the invoice is not paid on time, access to GPS-Trace Console will be temporarily suspended. If payment is not received within 10 days, client accounts in Forguard will also be blocked.
The invoice for using Forguard is issued directly to the dealer.
Additionally, dealers have the option to use Stripe and PayPal tools via the GPS-Trace Console to invoice their clients.

In order to see your tracker on the map, you need to:
1. Create an account and log into it.

The tracker may not work for a variety of reasons.
Most frequent:
1) The problem is on the side of the mobile operator (SIM card).
2) Lack of balance or traffic limit on the SIM card.
3) The device is in a shielded room and therefore there is no communication.
4) Incorrect or lost tracker settings (for example, the tracker has gone into sleep mode or is configured to send messages infrequently).
5) The tracker does not have enough charge and it stores data in a black box until it is connected to a power source.
In this situation, we recommend:
1. Check the traffic limit and the balance of the SIM card used in the tracker. It happens that there is money on the SIM card, for example, but the entire traffic limit has already been used up.
2. Check your tracker settings and message frequency. Sometimes the tracker goes into sleep mode and, accordingly, does not send data about the tracker's location.
3. Check the correct installation of the tracker. Perhaps it is installed in a place (in a shielded box) that does not allow it to see the satellites well.
4. Make sure that the tracker is not located in a shielded area (covered parking, tunnel, building, etc.), which also makes it difficult for the tracker to receive coordinates from the satellite.

The storage is designed to store data that comes from the tracker into our system.
After the entire amount of storage provided by your tariff plan is completely filled, new data from the tracker will overwrite the oldest ones. The application itself will continue to work as usual and will display the current location of the tracker.
