Our prices depend on the functionality used:

1. Forguard and GPS-Trace Console.
In this case, a fixed monthly service fee of 20 euros is charged, as well as a fee for activated accounts. The cost per unit, depending on the selected functionality for the user, currently ranges from 0.3 to 1.9 euros per month.

2. Ruhavik and GPS-Trace Console.
Here, access to the Partner Panel is provided free of charge. The Ruhavik app is free for tracking one unit in one client account (including 1 geozone and 1 MB of storage). If additional units or extended functionality are required, a paid subscription can be purchased.

The main differences lie in the payment model and the level of interaction with the customer.

If you prefer to sell a tracker and an app as a one-time solution, without ongoing involvement, Ruhavik may be the right choice. In Ruhavik, the end user is responsible for future payments, and there is no direct communication channel between the dealer and the customer. Some dealers prefer not to manage a large number of small clients.

However, if you want to maintain direct contact with your clients, prevent your trackers from being used on other platforms, generate recurring monthly revenue from GPS tracking services, and benefit from competitive market pricing, Forguard would be the better option.

GPS-Trace Console is an administrative panel for service providers and small businesses. It allows you to quickly and easily set tariffs, customize the app appearance, support users, and communicate with the GPS-Trace team. It also includes a client management system with a 30-day trial period.

With this tool, you can:

• Create and configure client accounts in just a few clicks.
• Get listed on the GPS-Trace Service Providers Map.

• Invoice clients via PayPal and Stripe.
• Receive special offers from GPS-Trace.

GPS-Trace Console is available in 14 languages. Forguard and Ruhavik support distance and mileage tracking in metric, imperial, and nautical systems, as well as more than 20 interface languages.

You can register in one of the following ways:

• Write us a request for access to GPS-Trace Console at business@gps-trace.com. In your request, please indicate the name of your company, country, and briefly describe your business and what you plan to do). In response to your email, we will send you a link to activate your account in GPS-Trace Console.

Note:
- If you were previously registered to your email address in the Ruhavik application, then by clicking on the link you will see only the welcome page and you should log in using your NEW e-mail address and password (not the same as in Ruhavik).
- Use your valid email addresses so that if you lose your username or password, you have the opportunity to restore access to your account.

Adding information to a company card will allow a dealer to:
- Appear on our Dealers map;
- Get new clients from our website;
- Display dealer information in the client application.

To work with the Platform API:

1. Go to the “Platform API” section in the left-side menu of the Partner Panel.
2. Open the “Tokens” tab and create an authorization token. Copy the generated token.
3. Open the “Swagger” tab to access the list of available API methods.
4. Click the “Authorize” button in Swagger and paste the copied token into the authorization field.
5. After authorization, you will be able to view detailed documentation and test API methods directly in the Partner Panel interface.

For detailed information about the methods, you can also refer to the “Documentation” tab in the same section.
Each method has a "Try it out" button, which allows you to send requests.
Many methods require mandatory fields to be filled in when submitting a request, which are described in each method.
Additionally, for clarity, the methods are categorized into specific sections and include an explanation of what they do.

To complete the company's profile verification, please provide us with: a company registration certificate (scan/photo in good quality). We will review it and be able to grant you full access to Forguard.

In the GPS-Trace Console, we have a demo version of Forguard, which service providers can use to demonstrate the app's functionality to potential clients without the need to create accounts and configure units.

Partner plans are pricing plans used to calculate the cost of services for the service provider. Based on Partner plans, a service provider can create any number of tariffs for their clients, independently defining the functionality and pricing at which the services are offered.

Regardless of which Partner plan is used to create a client tariff, the service provider pays only for activated units.

Currently, four Partner plans are available: Starter, Lite, Lite+, and Advanced, with pricing starting from €0.30 per unit per full month.

You can create up to 200 Forguard accounts from scratch. This is the first step for our dealer.

When you approach this limit, we will simply increase the number of slots.

To create a Forguard account in GPS-Trace Console:

1. Go to the Forguard section.
2. Click the “+ Account” button in the top right corner.
3. Select the appropriate client plan.

After creating the account, you can rename it and add a description if needed.

Please note that before creating a client account, you must first create client plans based on Partner plans. The same client plan can be used for multiple accounts.

To create unit:

1. In GPS-Trace Console, log in to the Forguard account by clicking Log in as Service provider.
2. Open the unit selection field (burger menu in the left corner).
3. Click Create unit.

A step-by-step form will open:

4. Select the GPS device (tracker) model from the list.
5. Enter the tracker details, such as its ID (IMEI) and, if required, the password.
6. Click Save.

After saving, the tracker connection window will appear. There you will find the server address (IP/DNS) and port that must be configured in the tracker.

Before configuring the server and port, make sure to:

• Set the APN according to your mobile operator’s settings.
• Set the device time zone to UTC 0, regardless of your location.

You can always find the server address and port later in the Hardware tab of the Unit settings.

Your client can download the application from Google Play, AppStore, or use the web version of the application.

A service provider can grant a client access to a Forguard account using one of the following methods:

1. An account activation link;
2. A QR code for account activation;
3. Creating login credentials (email and password) for the client’s account.

If a user fails to pay for the services, access to the Forguard account may be temporarily restricted until payment is made. During this period, the account and its units will continue to function normally, and once access is restored, the user will regain full access with the complete unit history preserved.

Depending on the selected Partner plan, the service provider may provide the client with:

• Forguard account created and configured for the client;
• Up to 200 MB of storage;
• Up to 70 geofences;
• Notifications;
• Unit events;
• Timeline;
• Google Maps;
• Live location sharing;
• Statistics;
• Commands Panel: a tool for sending GPRS commands to a GPS device;
• Maintenance

Using Forguard, users can send to their tracker any command supported by the GPRS device (such as locking doors, disabling the engine or ignition, etc.).

When creating a client plan, the service provider can decide whether to make this functionality available to Forguard users.

A button for a specific command can also be added to the Quick Access Toolbar for easier access.

To successfully send a command, the following three conditions must be met:

1. The command syntax must be correct.
2. The tracker must be properly connected to the vehicle.
3. A stable Internet connection must be available.

The application offers Simple, Customizable and Own notifications.

The simple ones are notifications:

• by geofences;
• by alarm messages from your device;
• on trips;
• for towing.

The customizable ones are notifications:

• about exceeding the specified speed by the unit;
• about the battery charge;
• the need to charge the device;
• about the absence of messages from the device.

Own notifications (available with a premium subscription):
This type of notification allows you to receive notifications related to the parameters you choose, which are contained in the messages sent by the tracker.
You can receive notifications about fuel, battery, door open/close, alarm activation, and much more.
You should select the notification type “Parameter Existence”, “Alarm on parameter” or “Parameter change” and choose/set the parameter on which you want your notification to trigger.

If the client has forgotten the password, the service provider can change the password through the GPS-Trace Console and provide the new password to the client.

The client can also use the “Forgot password?” option. To do this client needs:
1. Select "Forgot password?" on the login page.
2. In the email client receive after this, follow the link to set a new password.
3. After the new password has been created, return to the  login page.
4. Click “Login” and fill in the username and new password.

The payment for using Forguard can be made through one of the following methods: Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer (IBAN).

On the first day of each month, the service provider receives an invoice by email and in the GPS-Trace Console for all active units from the previous month.

To ensure uninterrupted service, payment must be completed by the 15th of the same month.

If a unit is added or activated during the month, the cost is calculated proportionally based on the number of days it was active. This ensures transparent invoicing, and the detailed calculation is reflected in the invoice.

If the invoice is not paid on time, access to the Partner Panel will be suspended. If the payment is not made within 10 days, user accounts in Forguard will also be blocked.

The invoice for using Forguard is issued directly to the dealer.

Additionally, dealers have the option to use Stripe and PayPal tools via the GPS-Trace Console to invoice their clients.

To create a Ruhavik account, you need to:
- Go to the Ruhavik section;
- Click the "+ Account" button in the top right corner.

After creating the account, you can change its name and add a description (if needed).

A Ruhavik account can have up to 30 units.

Dealers have the option to pay for their client's subscription through the Partner Panel using PayPal or Stripe.

All our service providers, upon receiving access to the GPS-Trace Console, are provided with detailed documentation on using our tools.
