TWIG Neo is a compact wearable lone worker alarm designed for personal safety in laboratories, maintenance, health care, and service sectors. The device features 2G/3G/4G connectivity, two-way hands-free voice calls, VoIP over Wi‑Fi, configurable SOS key, ManDown tilt/non‑motion/fall detection, Amber alerts, and rip alarm via lanyard. It supports GNSS (GPS/Glonass/Galileo), hybrid indoor positioning with SRD, Wi‑Fi and BLE beacons, remote configuration, FOTA, IP67 water and dust protection, and multiple wearing options including lanyard, bracelet, belt clip, carbine hook, and ID badge holder.
