Segway Ninebot A200 is a shared electric bike designed for urban micromobility fleets with integrated IoT connectivity. The e-bike features a 250W motor, 25 km/h top speed, 120+ km range, 26-inch frame with adjustable saddle height, PU-filled rubber tires, drum brakes, and a swappable waterproof battery compatible with Max Pro and Max Plus e-scooters. The built-in IoT module provides electronic cable lock control, NFC unlocking, wireless phone charging, a multi-function display with battery indicator and cellphone holder, and three pedal-assist modes with automatic slope detection for intelligent power adjustment. The "one-size-fits-all" frame accommodates riders from 155 cm to 188 cm.
