Astra Telematics AT242 is an advanced IP67-rated 4G LTE Cat 1 vehicle tracking device designed for challenging fleet management and vehicle sharing applications. The device features integrated CANBus for OBD2 and FMS data access, multi-constellation GNSS positioning with GLONASS support, and Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity. Built with extensive I/O including multiple digital inputs/outputs, 1-Wire interface for temperature sensors and driver identification, and dual RS-232 serial ports, the AT242 offers comprehensive telematics capabilities. The compact device includes internal backup battery, tamper detection, and waterproof IP67 sealing for reliable operation in harsh environments. Powered by an STM32L4 Cortex M4 processor with Mediatek GNSS chipset and 25mm ceramic patch antenna.
