Billing rules
Why this helps
Build plans from modules, set your prices, send payment links
The base is tariffs (partner plans) from GPS‑Trace. On top of them you create your own tariff (client plans).
In each client plan you define:
Maximum number of units/gateways/assets
Data storage limit
Number of geofences
Access to features
Explore features and pricing across all available options.
Use our tariffs as a base and build your own offers.
Set your own prices for each plan and generate payment links for your clients via our Stripe and PayPal integrations.
If you have specific or non‑standard requirements, request an individual tariff tailored to your project.
See every billed device, account, and day in one place
To make billing fully transparent, the platform provides Billing Reports with detailed, always up‑to‑date usage data.
The reports are updated dynamically every day, so you always see the current billing picture for the ongoing month.
All units and services combined in a single monthly bill
The monthly service fee for the platform.
All billed units, grouped by plan and sollution (Forguard / Tags).
A clear split between units billed for the whole month and units billed only for part of the month.
Additional services, such as Custom Domain, if they are used.
The process of paying for any services over the last 10 years has transformed beyond recognition. Replacing manual payments at kiosks and stores, prepaid vouchers and other methods that required going somewhere and interacting with someone, now every other service boasts built-in payment methods and subscriptions with automatic deductions from your account.
And it's damn convenient! Isn't it? Sometimes you really forget why you sent someone 4.99 EUR + taxes on the 15th of each month :)
It's no longer a secret that tools for collecting payments for your services have long since reached another level. The number of tools, payment gateways, and methods is simply enormous: Stripe, Paypal, Verifone(2checkout), WePay, Amazon Pay, — it seems that now any business can receive payment from a client from any corner of the world. You just have to choose the right tool and integrate it into your business.
