TRIAL NOTICE

 

Dear Partner, 

You are entering into the GPS-TRACE Software in order to create free trial accounts of Forguard Application or its web-version (hereinafter referred to as “Application”). Before you start, we want to provide some important information regarding the usage of your GPS-TRACE software trial account.

  1. Learning and Exploration. Your trial account is specifically designed for you to learn about the Application's functionalities, explore its features, and experience its benefits. Feel free to explore all the Application has to offer and learn how it can benefit you.
  2. Non-Commercial Use. Your trial account is exclusively for non-commercial purposes. Any commercial or business activities are strictly prohibited during the trial period.
  3. Limited Features. During the trial period yo u have the option to create:

    - up to 4 client plans;
    - 2 Application accounts;
    - up to 60 units, which includes up to 30 on each Application account.

  4. Duration: Your trial period will last 1 month from the date of acceptance of this notice. During and/or at the end of this trial period, you'll have the option to consider entering into an agreement in order to use payable services if you find our Application suitable for your needs. Otherwise, at the end of this trial period your account will be blocked.
  5. Compliance: We kindly request to comply with these restrictions and help us ensure the fair and equitable use of our Application.

We provide trial access to the GPS-TRACE software to you subject to the Trial Terms and Conditions (“Terms'') found here, which may be updated by us from time to time pursuant to Section 15 of the Terms. By accepting this notice and using the GPS-TRACE software trial account, you undertake to comply and agree to be bound by all of the above mentioned terms and conditions of use for the trial account, the Terms found here, Gurtam’s Privacy Policy found here and Gurtam’s Cookie Policy found here. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this notice and/or other policies specified herein, you may be prevented from accessing the GPS-TRACE software trial account. In addition, when accessing the GPS-TRACE software trial account you shall be subject to any posted guidelines on our website or rules applicable to the GPS-TRACE software trial account, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into this notice.
