• each user has right and ability to activate and use one device in GPS-Trace Orange;
• user can send for free up to five SMS messages per week;
• each user can create up to five notifications and ten geofences;
• user understands and accepts that GPS-Trace Orange service did not take any responsibility for any looses or harm that was done during or as a result of using service;
• GPS-Trace Orange service does not guarantee service workability or security and storage of received information;
• user uses GPS-Trace Orange service on its own risk. Service is provided "as is";
• GPS-Trace Orange service do not take any responsibility, also and for customizability for user goal;
• user accepts that GPS-Trace Orange may change rules and limits at any time, also without any notification;
• user agree not to reproduce, not to copy, not to hack, not to decompile, and do not use for any commercial goals any parts of GPS-Trace Orange service;
• user takes full responsility for usage of data stored or received from GPS-Trace Orange service according to laws of country, on which territory they are located or which persons they are;
